Add Will Navarro. I know he plays mostly 4 in Ateneo, but he was trained as a 3 in Greece.

        So hindi lang Pinas.

CJ Perez I don't think is equal on his assists. He is more of a scorer. Kelangan mag-develop ng assists makers.

Which is why I want to give Bobby Ray Parks an opportunity to be the PG of Gilas. To me he relishes being an assist man especially in international games. When that happens, everyone becomes a threat -- Kai, AJ, Poy, Kobe, Rhenz, Isaac, Matthew, Japeth, Thirdy, and yes CJ. Syempre, si Jordan, always a threat na yan.
This is what Tab Baldwin has been saying. We try too much to emulate the US instead of finding a system that is best for us. And it takes a change in CULTURE to improve our basketball.

Even if we send so many tall young men to the US or abroad, they will be limited by our basketball culture.

The Philippines need to start pondering on airing Euroleague and other Asian leagues in order to expose even just Filipino viewers to international basketball. Pinoys only watch three basketballs - UAAP, PBA and NBA

6-foot-6 at the most. No way he's a legit 6-foot-7, though of course it would be good if he's really a legit 6-7.

probably 6'5 and a half or 6'6 considering Go's height.

When William Navarro was still with San Beda he was measured at 6'6. An inch taller than Calvin Oftana.

Meanwhile, ESPN has just reported that US NCAA President has announced that the US NCAA tournament will be played without fans. All championship events will take place with only essential staff and limited family in attendance.

PBA pre draft measurement of Go is 6-6 3/4,and Navarro is shorter than him, so maybe Navarro is just above 6-4 barefoot...

But he isnt that much shorter than Go in most of their pictures. If Go is 6-6 3/4 then maybe Navarro is 6-5 barefoot idk. But Navarro's wingspan is very long too. Future 3 man of the RP team indeed. Needs to work on his handles and shooting tho.

Navarro was hyped as 6-5 PG HS player from Greece, so it won't be hard ro convert him to 3...

might be an inch shorter than Go,afaik he was 6'4 when he was in San Beda and playing for the U-18 squad, but that was at least 6 years ago https://sports.inquirer.net/148516/6...eeks-u-18-slot. if Go is 6'6 3/4 maybe he is 6'5 and a half at least, with shoes he's 6'6.Let's get a measuring tape to be sure...

At 6'6 in shoes, it's a good size for a small forward,it would have been awesome if he was as athletic and as quick and agile as Rhenz Abando

Point Guard. He didnt know how to shoot back then.

Fun Fact:The u18 team was supposed to be composed of Will Navarro, Brandon Ganuelas, Sedrick Barefield and Jordan Heading but none of them went to play and one of them actually didnt agree to play.
