Great news at last. The federation and the union of the teams have agreed on paying developing teams money for each transfer who is gonna be made from his 18-32 years. This rule will motivate smaller clubs to raise more prospects. Its not clear if the developing teams get a fix money or a certain percentage though

Here you can see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4NTKyZ8rxo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9gLX2lw7Eo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mok0YqdN79k with no 20 Ege Akcay(2006) from Dacka. Last season he played PG and was not top5 in his team but now he is best contributer of his team and of course by far best potential.
Like the other big potentials of the 06 generation he has the key-combination of skillset + body. If you have talent + big body for your position then you have better chances to take your contribution to the next level(from U14-16-18 etc.). Last season i had compared him to Tibet Görener because of the position(PG) and body but you could see Ege Akcay will grow more. Ege Akcay is about 195 and most likely will be too big for SF.
Other big potentials of the 06 generation have the same combination of skillset + big body, Demir Dogan(PF), Emin Kara(C), Yagiz Aksu(SG).

A really detailed analysis of 99 born turkish shooting guard Hazer after his draft declaration. I can confirm that the most mentioned weaknesses and strength are correct (similar to my views)

Dont think he will stay with Bandirma one more season. Some european clubs are interested. Could even fill a smaller role in a no playoff Euroleague team.

The 2002 born 204cm tall turkish prospect Tibet Görener got an scholarship from the Arizona Wildcats offered. He is considered as a four star prospect and was the 20th best player in California. Arizona brought up with Ayton and Nico Mannion two important Draftees in the recent time.

Our boy Gorener commited to Arizona. He is a wildcat from now on.
He definitely needs to use his first year to bulk up significantly. From his age he could easily be a 2021 recruit. I will watch his development closely. He is one of the three prospect who i hope that they will reach the highest level. Good luck, kid!

Finally! Yurtseven declared for the draft 2020. I was afraid hell never leave the ncaa.
He had a solid season with 16 points and 10 rebounds average and is expected as an early second round draftee but he still has problems against bigger opponents. The only concern is his strength. Hell struggle especially defensively.

More importantly than the draft position is the team that is gonna draft him and his development in the NBA.

Not much to see. Still not very advanced with his ball handling. He must become more fluent in action. This is also the reason why he has so many turnovers but this point doesnt concern me. He is not very explosive either but the threat to find the rolling big or other open man with his precise passes will make him able to drive to the rim.
His biggest weapon is his ability to pass. Great accuracy and timing in finding the rolling big. His size, strength and wingspan should give him the opportunity to defend all positions from 1-3. Looks also very solid in transition.
I hoped he could extend his scoring abilities a bit but it doesnt look like that. Nevertheless scoring is not a problem for the national team. If he can minimize his unnecessary turnovers, become a better ball handler in time and proves his worth on the defensive end, he is undoubtedly the play maker that we have been looking for for years.

There are strong rumors that the Fenerbahce youth player Sarper David Mutaf (2002) is targeted by some ncaa teams. Arkansas and Minnesota Gophers are after him. His outstanding ability is shooting from all situations (off the ball, pull up, turn around fade away etc), shot creation is still limited but he can be a very good scorer. He can work with the ball a bit but surely not outstanding ball handler, can play some pick and roll, solid passer who has a solid length with 6'6 will most likely end up being 6'7.
He should leave Fenerbahce asap.

A surprise for sure. A given up Big seems to be working in the off season.
Emircan Kosut didnt play the last season because of a shoulder injury. A 216 giant who was quite mobile in the youth but just 98 kg obviously gained around 20KG and looks like this at the moment...
He is still 24 and anything is better than Erden
Hopefully, he will contribute and become an option in the short big rotation. We desperately need some bigs...

Good news. The intention to help developing clubs financially will come into effect from the next season. After every transfer the buying club also must to pay a certain amount to all the clubs the player was playing in the youth. 15k Lira for player till 25 and 30k Lira for older than 25. Its not big money but for smaller clubs it is a reason to develop more and the more you develop the more money you potentially and not just for a season but the entire career of the player.
