Default For the first time in 16 years...we've done it...Barons/LMT is LBL champion!

    Barons/LMT - ASK Riga 79:78 (Series 4:1)

Next year FIBA Eurocup and LBL Champions will participate in ULEB Cup. There is a rumor that their main sponsor LMT (Latvian Mobile Telecommunications) will leave Latvian Football Virsliga and will concentrate all their resources for Barons basketball team.
Also ASK Riga budget could experience major increase.

Wow, it would be interesting. Looking at both team rosters this year it was clear their budget increased nicely, I am suprised reading that they could do even better money wise.

As a fan of coach Muznieks I am happy to see him winning a title once again. Especially with polish player on the roster .
Why you should going out to get a hamburger, if you can get steak at home?
