Prefer to watch T1 league now as ABL feels like lower competition. Tainan has two giants in 7'5 Sim Bhullar and 7'6.5 Deguara. Quite hilarious when both of them are on the court.

Maybe... but don't be surprise that they will do that in future.. Since the sport in the region in terms of popularity is rising.. After football, basketball is a sport that can invest too since their are more viewers and if more viewers, It means more sponsors and investment...

Because they are only relying on imports... HK locals are not that good.. If i were FIBA, i will create a "Champions League" competition like AFC Club championships in FIFA... Maybe club competitions will be more competitive than national team set up....

yeah, I agree, ABL should combine with East Asia League to survive in the long run.
ABL just restarted their season. And all the players you mentioned were under contract in T1 League. So if an ABL team wants them, you need to buy out their contract.

The ABL starting to get bigger in their 10th season by convincing FUBON BRAVES to join the league, it was just derailed by the Pandemic.

Ex-NBA player Mario Chalmers will play for Zamboanga Valientes this ongoing 2023 ABL Invitational tournament.

Goes to show how stack America's talent is. Kentrell Barkley imo is on same level as NBA talent.
