Zeljko returns to OAKA again against Radonjic, last moment for Pao, for Partizan also this game could be turning point in both difrections. Bayern and Efes playing in bad moment for both teams. They had intense and hard games in last two season, Milano without Shields additionally weakened outside, where they had problems even with him. Baskonia tries to continue in good shape against Maccabi, who if wins 'll disavow predictions of most, they 'll fail.

Amath Mbaye cant defend a shit. He is not a EL level player. Zizic is a black hole in the p&r defense and is by far not as skilled as I expected offensively. Rebounding problem is much worse than expected. Efes needs at least one guy back and it should be Singleton.

Frigging Kattash needs to go. Damn, everyone and his sister says that Nebo/Poythress five doesn't work, and he still starts the game with anemic five and gets trashed...

Having idiot like Tuncer in the game is big shame for 2 in a row EL champion.

    "Lazy bitch Singleton"?

I agree of course but stunned hearing this from you

There is one more guy Efes needs back and that's Anderson, but it's late now for him.

Solid game for Madrid, but seems like Llull might be about done or he is just waiting for the playoffs. That with SRod being past his prime maybe time to look at some options at PG.

These are the players he has at his disposal, if he had Gobert he would start with him. At some point Baskonia had 17/21 2pt shots. They managed to run and score easy fastbreak points and Maccabi just couldn't follow the pace.

It will happen again to see games like this one with such a modest roster, still the season remains a positive one. Katash is working hard and the next outside games are in Serbia, against Partisan and Red Star. I believe that at least one of them can be won, now the problem is how to face Barcelona.

Better luck next time. Finally Bonga and Harris are back and have gotten rid of the rust. If Nick Weiler-Babb had scored the two FTs against Milan, Bayern would have the same record as the reigning champions. :P We are coming back!

I usually read the forum and I'm surprised that no one talks about how well Baskonia is playing. I have read about how badly Maccabi played, maybe the rival is the reason for their bad game. Yesterday Baskonia played a record game in the club history, never scored 116 points, before the record was 114.

Baskonia look great this season, it's one of the most dangerous underdogs this euroleague, and the best signing of the season is the coach, Pe?arroya is doing an amazing job. He has managed to get a team that nobody counted on to start being a candidate for the playoffs. The whole team is very involved, they are happy, they play fun, they are hungry, it was about time to see a Baskonia like that. It reminds me of that Baskonia of James and Adams. Another surprising aspect is how well Marinkovic and the young players are playing this season, not only Sedekerskis, even Kurucs or Raieste are playing good minutes, and before with Ivanovic and Spahija they didn't have any confidence.

Salazar did it again: Thompson, Howard, Hommes, Kotsar... all of them rookies in the euroleague, he is one of the best scouts in Europe. The signing of Pierria Henry is great, exactly what the team needed. With a better quality power forward/center position would be F4 candidate, in the PG/SG/SF it's top team in Europe, but the Budget is limited so...

Another game of PAO starting bad and trying then hard to stay in the game.
Bad calls of referees against both teams turned OAKA into a battlefield.
As expected, the one PAO fans cheered the most was coach Obradovic.
I won't be surprised if Radonjic is gone by Christmas..

Well, at least we saw that with Walters Pana is a completely different team.

If his teammates had exploited better his fantastic passing game Pana would have won yesterday. Once more Partizan was quite unconvincing after the first quarter.

It didn't seem that the players of PAO were following any coach's system at offence and they didn't seem to play defense as well, during most of the game.

Efes's inability to rebound is a sad joke at the moment. Bayern had 2x more offensive rebs (18!) than the total rebs of the entire Efes front court combined (Zizic+Dunston+Pleiss+Polo+MBaye=9, total rebs).

This issue was so bad that whomever entered the game from Bayern made a mockery of Efes bigs. When the game was on the line, on the last defensive possession, we gave up 4 consecutive offensive rebs. 4. Come on, man.

PS. I think I should go back not watching the games.

PS. congratulations to Bayern & Trinchieri, of course. this guy would beat Efes with a team of 5 primary school girls.
