This might explain why the Heurtel signing was taking so long.
It seems curious to announce this after two players had already signed in Russia, but likely it wasn't a total surprise to them.

But still even in F4 you need to have big players in the roster for those two games, like Oly in that period and Efes in recent time. Maccabi without a single big player won the title and that could be considered as true example of F4 impact on the final result.
    Sofo was very big...

Heidegger signed in Merkezfendi in Turkish league. That's probably his level.

Signing 22y old rookie for one season is strange at least

If he will be good or not we don't know(I hope he will). I mean Edwards

But what's the point of risking with just one year contract? If he explode next season Fener will have to pay much more money or lose him. If he stuck in some mediocre level we did nothing with big risk and lost money. Loss-Loss situation

Why he didn't sign 1+1(team option) contract at least

That's strange. Even if he has a good season, but under contract, if someone wants to take him he needs to pay a buyout.

I was surprised by this too, but it's a good sign for the Italian League.

I wonder if he has a EL release clause? Maybe the offers he was hoping for didn't materialise hence signing a bit later in the summer?

Bonga zu Bayern. Good signing for them unfortunately, although I am happy to have him back in the BBL and watch him closely.

In my opinion, he is maybe not one of best five small forwards in Europe, but he is amongst seven or eight. Really surprising news.
