What bothers me honestly about most college teams' recruiting is that teams tend to heavily overload on guards, just due to the fact that they're good players.
Looking at UP, due to the fact that we have a shit-ton of guards, we have had to play three guards at once last UAAP season, and in these FilOil and UCBL tournaments. These pushed Torculas, Eusebio, and Mark Belmonte to 4, instead of developing them as proper wings or even off-guards at the least.
