In city like Belgrade or Kaunas you don't have need to promote basketball at all. If El have intention to promote this sport then F4 should be placed in countries like Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden etc. Greeks, Turks and Spaniards will full the gym anyway
No, I definitely think they should try different cities but London was a uniquely bad place for a F4. I think there is some idea that it is a good "hub city" for fans from other countries to travel to, plus with a lot of diaspora already living there. But it didn't work out. I think the big excuse was that it is a city with so many other entertainment options. It's tough to grow a sport or a competition like this when the media are determined to ignore it. Interestingly, even the NBA have stopped bringing games to London.
I believe big arena is priority too. Not everyone has as big arena as Belgrade. Ljubljana for example could be good host, but you can sell only 12.000 tickets there.

The city/team needs to also show some interest. Maccabi hasn’t been to a F4 since 2014 and if it’s not a profitable event, I don’t see why anyone would be interested.

In regard what clubs play this year on f4, attendance will be probably problematic, especially on 2nd semi-final. In my opinon, biggest problem in f4 hosting is little number of interested countries, because there is no evident benefiits for hosting countries. This works about personal benefit and relationships between high placed politicians, some clubs and Euroleague officials.

No Kruno Simon in F4.
Kruno(player that used to be) is out a long time ago. That is one of the reasons why Efes is under perform and not clear favorite today.
Ataman will probably try with Bryant and Anderson combine to replace him.
