        Damn, Kalnietis...Really?
LTU NT will snatch Eurobasket 2029 title with this roster:

        Jokubaitis, Marciulionis, Laurencikas
        Indrusaitis, Brazdeikis, Rubstavicius
        Buzelis, Lelevicius
        Murauskas, Sirvydis
        Tubelis, Krivas

This shot attempt of Henry when Zalgiris stopped pressure for letting Fener dribble out perfectly fits in the picture I have of this player. I guess he spends his free time watching Kardashian's.

Its sometimes like this. You must go through shit to win young guns? Especially Biberovic has loads of to learn. His effort was legit but his defense was bad. Rebounding was a big problem and ball handling. Hazer, Guduric and Biberovic I had so much faith in him. .

It was a big game for your friend Hazer though!

I have been watching him since he was 14 so I know what he is capable of. Great defender and a hell of a open court player with athleticism but the ft after the dunk was typical for him. No feeling in his fingers. The shots fell but it wont happen every time.

Zdovc keeping Lekavicius on the bench in last minutes of the game was legit. Overall at least Blazevic is a positive for Zalgiris from young Lithuanians. Only 20yo, but I think next season should be legitimate back-up center playing consistent 16mpg. Surely has an upside of EL long term player, Saras didn't miss on that one stealing him from Rytas team.

Much bigger problem of Hazer than bad shooting are his horrible handles. He has hip high dribble and has constantly to bring his back between ball and defender.
Shots sometimes fall, sometimes not, he will never be high volume shooter primarily but question is what kind of player he should be? Defensive specialist? I think he really has to work a lot on fundamentals if he doesn't want to be reduced on this things. He has great body and mindset of a winner as far as I can see, that's why he urgently should spend some summers on dribbling around road cones and hand changing after rhythm change in speed with ball. I understand which kind of role Fener wants to give him and it's understandable due to physical predisposition but there's a lot to do in this direction.

Lukosiunas went totally under my radar. Until today I didn't even know him I think.

This is all correct. He was always an off ball scoring guy. Right now he is the limited secondary ball handler with defensive effort. Either handling or shot at least one of these points must improve in time in order to be a respectable player. Bandirma can grow up great old school bigs but no guards unfortunately.

UNICS won yet again after a three week break. What is the ceiling for this team?

If only Maccabi could keep the concentration shown against Olympiakos yesterday. 3 turnovers in the first 3 quarters, very few hasty unreasonable shots. Unbelievable.

I'm not sure that he can become good shooter. FT% is normally very good indicator how good shooter someone can become and he's pretty bad there. He will be 23 very soon, things doesn't look very promising.
