  • Damn Weiler-Babb really is an amazing upgrade. Germany solved a big problem with him. He has also an ok offensive game unlike Bonga.

    • Would really love to see Lithuania, Serbia, Czecks schooling all these naturalizing spoilers of FIBA competition. Specially hope Spain will fail cause that move was pathetic.
LTU NT will snatch Eurobasket 2029 title with this roster:

      Indrusaitis, Brazdeikis, Rubstavicius
      Buzelis, Lelevicius

Czech Republic had Blake Schilb for years in their team.

Blake Schilb would truly enjoy that. Besides Lithuania and Serbia there is no one left.

This makes opening for LTU such a bummer It would be anyway, but now Slovenia has by far most talented guards duel.

              • Clearly, man who play and has citizenship of this country, nationally he belongs there. People whose origin isnt tied for one nation, in some case could decide to participate other country. Doncic didnt do it, so everything is clear. He made most natural decision, if he made other decision, also wouldnt be betrayal of Slovenia or unexplainable in any sense. I think we discussed before about.

                  • On other hand, to beat you now would be even sweeter If people thought Lithuania vs Slovenia was 50/50 in Kaunas, now it's obvious that it is 40:60 at least. You're the fav.

I honestly don't care, Eurobasket starts in 1/8.

Real has perfect youth development program and Laso was perfect senior coach for young guards. Ad some luck, Llull's injury for example, and superstar was born.
With this logic Garuba shouldnt have ended up on the bench for Sengun. And for Madrid specifically, what is their perfect youth development program? And if it is perfect why do they play with so many 30+ year olds? Yes Laso has a habit of rewarding talented younger players with Euroleague playtime, but this is completely independent and not a “program”, as far as they have one it’s just cheap buy every single power prospect in Europe you can get their hands on type of program, every year dominating Adidas youth tournaments, but how many of them became anything special? Or are playing serious role for the seniors?

Garuba never had a chance with his height in Nba.

Sure, they have money and great facilities, but not enough, everyone good ends in Nba eventually.

You don't develop player like Doncic every year. Even players like Mirotic aren't that easy to find.

The biggest mistery in fact is is why the best of the best(in your words and posts) didn't win anything in EL, 4 lost F4s (with 2 clubs) while having the biggest budgets.

I am waiting moment when you will understand that NBA isn't the only benchmark for basketball quality.
