Real has perfect youth development program and Laso was perfect senior coach for young guards. Ad some luck, Llull's injury for example, and superstar was born.

And if it is perfect why do they play with so many 30+ year olds? Yes Laso has a habit of rewarding talented younger players with Euroleague playtime, but this is completely independent and not a “program”, as far as they have one it’s just cheap buy every single power prospect in Europe you can get their hands on type of program, every year dominating Adidas youth tournaments, but how many of them became anything special?
