NO NO NO, Jordan would be able to score 80. Vlade Divac said so.

Steve Nash was one of the most intelligent player who I saw. Excellent reading of play, creativity , pass, body mobility, sense of pace, team skills. His defense was not good but was on lower level of correct.

Jokic hasn`t qualities in such extent, he has magnificent pass, strength, atypical moves and correct shoot. By the way, Nash was leader of teams who played final of conference and were close to come in final of Nba. Jokic played once in Nba final and they were blown up. So difference is between them.

USA's national team was loosing everywhere, they couldn't play defense, team defense was considered a "zone" and therefore illegal, they couldn't shoot, it was all depended on the player beating his opponent on an 1 to 1 opposition where the better player would of course win the battle, but the better team could still loose the game.

It was coach Pops after coming back from Europe who changed all that and brought the NBA back to lead basketball and be respected above all other leagues in the world... There is simply no comparison, today's NBA is worlds ahead of what the game looked like before 2000... Even the best teams would loose by 30+ points if it could happen and could meet one of today's NBA contenders...

If Giannis would have to play against an 1 to 1 defense where the defender isn't allowed to defend with "walls" or backing up players, who would then stop him from scoring more than 60 per game? ...It's all as simple as this!
Everything flows, everything changes - I don't remember who said that. But it's really great that the association has allowed the coach to implement his experience and knowledge. Apparently, he had a lot of authority before that, since they allowed him to develop the game in the NBA in the direction he sees it. And certainly his credibility after his innovations became infinitely greater for all NBA fans.

I think so, I could be wrong.

Cheap shot. Grab couple of sissy defensive plays from 90's and make the video how horrible defence was back then. But hell not everyone is awarded with critical thinking and infamous youtuber collects his views rolling on the same horse in multiple videos

Everyone who at least has an inch of brain understand that basketball went towards offense in second half of 00's and 10's. PO more or less the same, but regular season is almost all offense today and NBA losing interest to some extent. If I'm not wrong NBA recently had the drop of NBA live broadcasts views. The game should become more physical again, more competitive. Not that the season is shorter, there might be more defence as well. Personally I never use language as "NBA is a circus now", I thinki it's bread and butter of NBA idiots and know-nothing (often stubborn hardcore old school EL observers). NBA is still the best league and legit league as it always was, unmatched talent lies there, just it roles in different style today, more offense, more shooting, less defence, but personally think that at some point some changes will have to be made, like moving three point line even further or making hand check rule legit again to some extent.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

A legendary HOFer's take on the present NBA, the pick and roll and screens:

It's not just travelling that the refs don't bother to call in the present day NBA, it's moving screens.

This guy is absolutely right. NBA has to do what he says to make NBA watchable. It's boring as f...They should skip regular season, it's meaningless soft basketball. Too much offensive freedom. Today's NBA made for 8-12 years old.

I completely agree. But I have doubt it will change something. Probably nowadays Nba match to taste of mostly viewers in Usa and worldwide
