Basta wag lang tamaan ng toyo ang utak ni Parks, he will be good in Japan. What I like about Parks is that he's not a heavy ball type of a wingman & neither is he trigger-happy. He's more of a facilitator, who is always a willing passer. Yet, if you are his defender, hindi mo rin sya pweding pabayaan becoz he has very polished offensive skills. I think Parks is the perfect Asian import for higher tier B-league teams (say the top 6 B-league teams) becoz he's a good complimentary player.

Also, he can get much more money in Japan than playing in the PBA.

It also helps that Nagoya is also one of the good teams in B.League.

And more freedom to do whatever he wants.

I haven't given up on him playing for Gilas again. Maybe he and the SBP should sit down and have another talk?

Great performance by Parks and a nightmare game for Kiefer. 5 points 1-13 FG. Hopefully he bounces back tomorrow

Maybe a 2 to 3 year stint in pro will hone his skills. Before becoming an import

The way i see it, Thirdy is really and still a developmental player. Import tag is just a Pinoy hoops mindset. But of course he has to produce. Maybe see it as how an NBA rookie is assessed, the team that drafted you will play you and assess your development. They will sign you an extension if you do well, otherwise you're dropped.

Niigata vs Sea Horses game 2. Kobe hampered by 2 early fouls in 1Q,the unathletic SF import just beating him to certain areas on the floor and touch fouls easily called. maybe didnt take a shot until 2Q (lagging feed). he had a monster block on no.18 local. Kobe is reeled in by the coach.

assessment: Kobe playing more controlled, boxing out, committed to defense, plays role in the offense but not getting 'touches to create'. maybe next step for Kobe's development is to learn to produce offense but off the ball. hope the Niigata team is patient with him to develop.

Halimaw si Gardner... Siya pala dating import ng Albirex.

Kobe ties the game with 10secs left. Not enough, opponent scores after. They lose.

PBA players(wing) that I think could make an immediate impact to a B-League ballclub are RR Pogoy, CJ Perez, Calvin Abueva, Calvin Oftana, Mac Belo and Matthew Wright..

Hope his first two games were only an aberration, and that he can bounce back from those.

Hope we can see more of these kinds of games.
