Not bad for Gilas since they have a very competitive league adn good thing about bleague teams they have national team clause that they allow there players to play for there national team in Fiba Tournaments.

      • Watch bleague get more viewership than pba this coming season. Imagine pba’s reaction when they find out.

I dont see any reason he wont unless he gets a much bigger offer from another league like kbl. It’s going to be hard to say no to the kind of money he’s going to earn in either leagues.

I hope for local telecast, either TV5 or One or any local or cable chanels. Same with NBL since Kai is in NBL.

yeah and b-league will be very good for his development lot's of quality and very good big/tall imports playing there yun lang only issue is playing time... imports din ka position niya.

I'm excited to watch the b-league, nakakawala talaga gana PBA... but still hoping they get their act together soon. we don't want them to die philippine basketball needs PBA bat kase wala vision mga namumuno dyan its so frustrating.

ooops this obviously leads to pay-per-view mechanism (B.League website/ livebasketball tv if they carry them) to see B.League for viewers like us. but i hope they maintain the FB or YT livestream for the upcoming season similar to Thirdy's debut season. remember, it was initially only Thirdy's first 10 games that were supposedly free to view but his injury led to B.League to stream all his games/or maybe the success as well.

                  • We might see some local brand product placement in bleague like SMC( tie up with kirin), Chooks to go, and Smart GIGA.

                    • My wish is that lalong hihina ng hihina ang market & viewership ng PBA as time goes by until the league would be compelled to a significantly shorter season (2 conferences per season instead of a 3-conference season that sucks). I think it would be good for Phi basketball for the PBA season to run for only 6 to 7 months.

Another wish is for the PBA to become a "genuine" National or Gilas friendly league. Hindi yung National team friendly lang sa salita pero kabaliktaran sa gawa. Then I want Long Hair to be totally out of SMC & the PBA as well. This guy has brought too much toxics in the league.

                      PBA should minimize its GREED

I hope not. SMC would just spoil the B-league. Long Hair would just bring nothing but toxic to the B-league. A B-league tie up by Chooks-to-Go & Smart, that's good. But SMC? Spare the B-league from demons.

Well they did that with ABL but joining ABL under SMC Alab. It's all business, they are opportunist. But i hope they will not bring that toxicity from pba especially from toxic personalities like Chua.

I don't bash PBA anymore, actually, i pity them. I love the league in the past especially in the 80's, 90's and early 2000. It was killed by politics and mismanagement. And lack of innovation and to much sister teams and farm teams , and lack of new and legit teams. I hope and pray for reform, because this is still our countries very own league.

It's hard to pity the PBA when their first reaction to the B-League signing Pinoy players is to scare talents and implement a rule banning them from coming back to the PBA for 5 years if they don't apply for the draft. With the amount of highly talented prospects jumping to Japan, it's safe to say the scare-tactics didn't work.
