With Matt Mitchell, Rommel Adducul, Max Delantes, Hontiveros, Ravena, Compton they might put up a good fight. Anyway Biboy Simon is a very underrated shooter.

add agustin, ferriols, laure (?), dorian (?)

was mitchell already with cebu in 1998? i think shell coughed up 10 million to secure his services from cebu but failed to produce his papers for eligibility.

simon put up big numbers becos of d level of talent he had with. his numbers went down as d fil-shams arrived.

many in this list joined d mba after 1998, so they would not play against china even if mba formed an all-star selection.

People love mba but it was the perfect epitome of whats wrong with Phil basketball.. the games are high scoring not because they play fast pace its because they play no defense no fundamentals, the thing that Steve kerr have said recently..
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..
                  1 Big 4 small > 5 out offense.

Hahha yun sa cba, more like pba... I can bash them on how poor they play in their home but they did a good job on able to stand jordan clarkson onslaught and beat Iran team in a neutral territory to win the again in my opinion the crown jewel of asian basketball. They really pull all the right buttons on that game.

The MBA is a 2nd rate league. Anyway some low scoring in the NBA in the 1990's. I remembered the Jazz only averaging 80 ppg in the NBA Finals. Stockton and Hornacek averaging 9.8 ppg, and 9.7 ppg in the NBA Finals. That's pretty pathetic and a terrible performances. Even the Bulls struggled against the 1998 Pacers who's not even a good 3 points shooting team compared to the 2015-2019 Warriors. That's why JR Rider aka the JR Smith of the Blazers eliminates them in the playoffs 1 year later. The east was terrible back then. Wizards have no excuses not making the playoffs in 2003 after acquiring Stackhouse.

That's why the 1991-93 Bulls were superior than 1996-98 Bulls. The nba expansion ruined the competition in the NBA. And even with the shortened 3 points line from 1993 to 1998 the nba players never utilized it more often.
