Argentina-Venezuela postponed due to COVID protocol
              USA 87 Puerto Rico 65

Argentina played their first two games with nine players due to COVID positives and after additional positive/inconclusive tests their game today was postponed.

PR losing by 22 (and giving up 27 offensive rebounds) against US college players not a good sign for their Olympic campaign. Naz Hillmon with 17 points and 11 rebounds in just 19 minutes for the US.

                  Quarterfinals
                  Canada 90 Dominican Republic 53
                  Puerto Rico 77 Colombia 69
                  USA 97 USVI 46
                  Brazil 90 Venezuela 59

                  Semifinals
                  Puerto Rico 65 Canada 61
                  USA 71 Brazil 60

Final: USA 74 Puerto Rico 59
                  Third: Brazil 87 Canada 82

Puerto Rico's upset of Canada the highlight of the knockout stages...they gave a good effort in the final as well, but once again were badly outrebounded by the US. There was a long delay late in the final when the lights went out in the arena and the teams had an intense dance-off at midcourt.
