Ayan magbasa kayu ng LEGIT SOURCE! di yang puro paniwala sa mock writers.lol di naman nanunuod yan ng actual games di nga makaupdate ng scouting report. It seems those writers have taken the jobs of real legitimate NBA scouts and front office.
Even the greatest Kai degrader had admitted that Kai was one and done with ignite. Buti sana if humina yung bata.lol Kai is way stronger and more explosive these days. Compare him to Banchero and Chet, those two would surely have a hard time against Kai. Sali niyu pa yung Jabari Smith. Kung di kayu nakakita problema niyu na yun kung dependent lang kayu sa opinion ng iba. Saan na si Chet ngayun? Questionable and could end up like Bolbol. Si Banchero? Paolo lacks elite upside but he’s very mucho a known commodity who will be a bucket getter in the NBA recent assessment would possibly end up like Derrick Williams. Kami lang nagcomment ng mga ganyan dito.lol They may be drafted high but they all arent sure fire NBA stars. Kai is way up there in ACTUAL PLAYER POTENTIAL AND ABILITIES.

He does stuff that others can't do that. (Scott Ninnis NBL LEGEND) Every training he would do things that would blow you away.

Kai's skillset is a game-changer. (Jeff Van Gronigen ADL GM) There's plenty of NBA EYES on him right now and I'm fielding a lot of calls. NBA SCOUTS (REAL ONES) were asking me to compare him to a current player and I always liken him to Kristap Porzingis.
Kai is way more skilled and way more complete as a big than perimeter playing Porzingis. KP's ball IQ is too low as compare to Kai.
LOL now we all know that this article is nothing but rubbish

LOL pinoys going berserk on NBL and ADL socmed accounts, calling CJ names and insinuating that he made a mistake by not playing Kai today

the fact that the 36ers won as proof positive of CJ doing an excellent job on the bench evidently escaped them

Its a professional league. Winning is a priority. If we’re looking for development, Kai should have stayed in the G-League. But wait Kai has not gotten floor time either there.

Its a long process for Kai. We have to be patient.

The last minute signing of Bairstow was (pardon the pun) a bad SIGN for Kai, no doubt the 36ers saw that he won't cut it so they went out and got a real "rotation" big

It is quite unclear for me at this point what is the plan of adelaide with Kai. They are keeping him for what purpose. Even as a 3rd stringer kai did not even qualify in the assessment of the coach in this game. He was at the tail end of all the players. At his age and at this point of his career it is starting to become not good. You only gain experience when you play. Even if the kid has a high IQ if he is not to use it in game it can diminish. Same as his skills in if you don't practice it you soon forget to do it. Playing games is the most important thing for him now, aside from exposure. The kid deserved more than 0 minutes of playing time. Only thing Kai can do now is once given opportunity to play he must not only contribute he must show glaringly that he deserve to play. It seems to me there are other factors not related to his skills that he is being denied to play. I mean with his talent he might be at the middle portion of this team.

LOL what can he do that DJ and Bairstow can't do better? In case you missed it Kai can't defend modern bigmen and perimeter players and he has no outside shot on offense - hell he went 1 of 4 from the FT line when he was given PT via the Taipans.

The last minute signing of Bairstow was pardon the pun a bad sign for Kai, its obvious that the 36ers went out and got a real rotation big when it became obvious to them early in training camp that Kai doesn't seem to be the player they hoped for.

Hyrum Harris is like the anti Kai, plays with a lot of energy and hustle.

It is very clear where Kai stands in the Adelaide pecking order. CJ and Jeff Van Groningen can say as much fluff as they want to the media praising Kai, but if they want to get wins in this league than there will be many many more DNP coaches decision for Kai "1 Point" Sotto.
    fluff = canned answers

It will take him 2-3 years development physically to be ready to play as bench player.

You're thinking like a PBA fan. Kai is not a world import. He is a "Special Restricted Player."

That is the best question to ask them. He did not even receive even a single second. Nakaka awa naman si Kai." He looks very prepared and full battle gear. And what is insulting there coach even said that Kai is now healthy and ready to contribute, but it is all PR crap.

He should have chosen the NCAA path or Euroleague or even Bleague. If he will be bench and not respected like this, he will never develop. Coach Tab is maybe correct that he can give a better training for Kai in Ateneo.

Up to now, i'm not convinced with this idea. He might have become a great team player, yes, but as to becoming a legit NBA prospect is concerned, Ateneo basketball is not the way, IMO. I was rooting for him to take on the Real Madrid offer 3 years ago. He might have had a better development there, I believe.

Anyway, it's all in the past now. He's still got 20 or so potential games left this season. I hope he still gets those important minutes no matter what the game situation will be on those next games.

Note both Cam and Harris are personally coach CJ recruits . (Were recruited after CJs appointment)

Hardly or No 20 year old is drafted without averaging at least 10 min. In previous league play..
Note from a draft perspective (were average age is under 20 yrs ), Kai is no longer considered a young draft prospect

Read for reference why this is important https://bleacherreport.com/articles/...ting-prospects

Playing time is earned and not given. Coaching staff at Adelaide and at Ignite have evaluated Kai as a role player and not a main rotational player.

If Kai is that good of a prodigy he should have been a rotational player back at Ignite. Up to now in a different league in the NBL ganun pa rin he is not part of the main rotation. Napako pa rin sa bench.

Kung magaling talaga siya like Lamelo or Giddey, he should be starting now. Pero hindi.

He is not showing enough in practices to merit playing time. Why do you think he is not ranked in the major polls or mock drafts? Because probably the red flags since the BWB game is still there. It is up to Kai to work harder and address his weaknesses to get better
