The inclusion rules for Filfors seem to be more relaxed than PBAs and MPBL. Passport and proof a parent is Filipino. No height or number restriction. However, 3 players should be from Vis Min and 3 should be frim the city they represent. Team salary cap exists also.

18 yr olds can play as well as students as long as they have the permit. Their aim is to discover players from Vis Min and their rules match that. But I guess talented Luzon and foreign based players can join.

2nd conference allows teams to enlist one foreigner. This is a great news - this fact alone will make them even better than MPBL.

If only the PBA scrapped the 2 round draft and just continued with the unlimited number of rounds of draft during that span. Cabahug might have a chance to crack a PBA lineup. Maybe with Welcoat as coach Leo Austria was then connected with Welcoat / ROS.

Patrick Cabahug played sparingly for Air21 as a rookie in 2010-2011. He was not part of the team when they transformed into Barako Bull for the following season.

What happened to this guy? I remember him being a very good perimeter shooter in the amateurs doing tough fadeaways off high post, a la KB24. Is he too undersized and underskilled for a shooting guard in the PBA level? Too unathletic?

Never given a chance, but he was a good player in the pba d league, mpbl, vizmin cup and ligang labas. I think he averaged 20 ppg in the mbpl. and now averaing 22 ppg on 56 shooting in the vizmin cup.
