    BASKETBALL LEGEND and current Cebu City South District Councilor Dondon “The Cebuano Hotshot” Hontiveros has been named Ambassador of the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup, the newest professional league to hit the country.     Another league not allowing foreigners.

    When are these dudes going to understand?

    Leagues start up all the time with the same rules/regulations as the leagues before them. Then they don't work....

    So someone a few years later starts up a league just like the league before it....

    Whenever someone starts a league that lets imports/foreigners play and likes competition and tries to create the best basketball it can, then we will see something interesting
