Covid-19 will change how many teams look like.

The very last 1.5 years because of financial collapse & Covid-19 no basketball was played in Lebanon. Last Lebanese league game was on October 2019!!!
So Lebanese team will be the worst in many years, not sure how other countries doing

The FIBA Asia Cup 2021 will be played as planned in Jakarta, Indonesia, but is rescheduled to July 2022, right after the window of the FIBA Basketball World Cup Asia Qualifiers.

A total of 13 teams have already qualified for the premiere continental event, the last three places will be determined via two Qualifying Tournaments for third-ranked teams to be played in the second part of August 2021.

I must say lots of young players will come out in the future. I believe the next Chinese NBA player after Zhou Qi will not wait so long, maybe we'll see it next 5 years.
We have Kevin Zhang, Guo Haowen and Zeng Fanbo in NBA Summer league this year, Zeng has already got Exbition 10 contract of Indianna Pacers. They were all athletic forwards beyond 2 meters and both of them contributed around 5 points per games depite of limited playing minutes.
And we will still produce high caliber centers, we have 221cm Harold Yu born in 2003, 218cm Li Lutong born in 2002 and 216cm Yan Hansen born in 2005.
Despite the bad result of Fiba asia cup, I still have great confidence in the future of Chinese young players.
