but they will register 8 players, which is enough to avoid a technical defeat.

Everything points to a win for Pao against Asvel and Baskonia against Zenit 0:20.
I hate this, it's basketball, no titles are awarded for the best covid management as that´s not a covid management tournament.

That's right, but on other hand - all clubs agreed on that before the season, so no one to blame now. All knew that it will be happening

Btw, rumours has it that Monroe was tested positive again, it looks like Khimki should travel to Spain with the same roster which played vs Zalgiris, Bertans remains questionable

I know it just takes me getting used to and i hope it doesn't degenerate into a collective wrong decision. If a team loses 3, 4 or more games due to Covid as Khimky could , the playoff chances are gone. These teams can only speculate that covid will hit other teams in order to get ahead and that's kind of macabre.

Khimki has a good team and a fun team to watch if they can get everybody playing......Dark horse team to do some damage for sure.....Just gotta up the defense a bit.

This situation sucks...Not only for them but for some other teams too.....

This is only week 3. Imagine how many cancelled games by the end of December?

    Alba Berlin v Efes 47-53
Asvel v Panathinaikos 40-60 ....Would be 51-49 for Pana if not for the covid cases.
    Baskonia v Zenit (not happening)
    Valencia v Barcelona 49-51
    Maccabi v Bayern Munich 55-45
    Fener v CSKA 51-49
    Olympiacos v Milano 47-53
Real Madrid v Khimki 90-10 because of covid.

Just saw the performance by Loyd he did last week. Why after the good EL season in Valencia he moved to the financially the weakest EL team? Didn't he have any offers?

It is sometimes about the role...he was offered the strongest possible contract of our team, and role of absolute leader of the team, so I can only imagine his numbers and price at the end of this season if he continue like this, and there are strong chances that he will.
He had a decent season in Valencia, but far from consistent, so he could grab 100k-200k stronger contract in some other EL club, but with limited role.
Sometimes you should make first smart moves, and than financially beneficial, and he did exactly that...

Yes, it makes sense. Covid can ruin this smart move though or at least postpone it.
