        Just to clarify it’s strength relative to body weight. Squatting 300lbs doesn’t mean you can jump super high, it’s about how well and efficiently you can produce force. So a person at 140lbs squatting 300 is probably jumping high compared to a 240lb man squatting 300 because the force needed for both to squat the same weight will be different. The light guy needs way more power to move weight compared to the bigger guy

                    There is no one size fits all type training but Ive noticed people saying when a guy gets big they are slow. Harry Aikenes is one of the fastest men on the planet and yet he is 5'10 192lbs or 87kg. Thats not super huge but thats big for someone 5'10. At the end of the day its all about force and how quickly you can produce that force to go in a direction (up, down, or side). There is no one size fits all though, even if you follow his training you might not get the same results everyone has a different body so the key is finding what works for you.
