Anyone one else surprised by Walkup moving to Olympiacos? Going from Zalgiris to Oly doesn't seem a progressive move, especially given the other clubs he was linked with and how early this is in the transfer season.

Ulanovas and Fenerbahce mutually parted the ways. Congrats to janketa.

Fenerbahce with Marial Shayok, Achille Polonara (90%) and Devin Booker so far. Shayok gives Fenerbahce shot creation and versatility from the forward position and is additionally a far better defender than Guduric. With Guduric, Biberovic and Shayok there is enough offensive versatility and scoring threat from the forward position. Adding Polonara and Pierre this is a really energetic forward rotation.

The center position is still a question mark. Booker is kinda one dimensional. His defense is questionable and he is undersized and he lacks weapons in the offense but if you have Vesely this shouldnt be a major problem. Now we are waiting for the starting point guard.

Surprised and devastated. Zalgiris was offering Walkup a higher yearly salary than Olympiacos did, but he chose a safer option at the end of the day. The vast majority of players would choose three years guaranteed contract over one year that has just a slightly higher salary. Zalgiris might not be that competitive next season, so he would have had to prove and increase his numbers significantly next season should he was craving to sign a decent contract.

That's true. A guaranteed three year contract is pretty rare.
Still a bit surprised Oly were able to make the best overall offer.

Ulanovas was just part of the problem. In the start od the season I emphasized him too much. My mistake, I admit that. I am not like this "amoeba brain" guy who will never admit mistake

I can't answer to those guys because moderator delete my posts, so this lost any sence

Yet to see what will happen with Melih and O'Quinn

Sad to see Sertaç go. Rumors are Efes is looking at Mike Tobey as a replacement who supposedly have an EL out clause on his contract.

Will be interesting to see if Rodions Kurucs returns to Europe. Think he’s better than he’s shown the last two seasons, which were sidetracked by a domestic assult charge he ultimately pled guilty to. Still only 23 but probably no longer worth it for NBA teams.

What's really surprising me that Zalgiris focused on re-signing Lauvergne over Walkup. French lad was the first one who received an offer and he will be the highest-paid player unless Zalgiris will sign a decent SG to replace Grigonis.

    Fontecchio to Baskonia
    Polonara to Fenerbache
    Spissu to Baskonia
    Tonut to Unics Kazan

    Are rumors founded or not?

Exciting news for Toruko- Berk Demir has left Darussafaka and joined Turk Telekom.

Will be interesting to see what happens with Fener and Efes' Turkish players.

Who will take Fener's junk players? Fener fans had 2 hard seasons and this will continue imo.

Kevin Durant impersonator won't solve the problem for sure. He is awful decision maker, mid range shooter also. Why not Blackmoon? What is with Hazer? There are many questions.

Grigonis was my wish but CSKA was faster. Now in front of us is the hardest job on the world, finding decent pg. New streetballer will mean that De Colo will leave for sure. One more lost season would be too much.

    Time is running.

According to Pakenas/15min Grigonis was prepared to stay for less but offer didn't came. Money problems, Schiller's vision or maybe both?

I gave up on that dude. He cant really defend anyone and was also dismissed from the NTs 29 man roster. TT Ankara couldnt defend and Berk Demir wont change anything except making things worse for TT.
