After relatively calm drafts of 2019, as only few strong European prospects were selected - Sekou Doumbouya, Goda Bitatze and Luka Samanic and a bit lower Deivydas Sirvydis - Europe will have a huge 2020 NBA draft. First of all there's Deni Avdija and Killian Hayes as almost locked among TOP 10. Some project them both among TOP 5. They're true elite material. Both can be stars in the NBA. Then Theo Maledon is projected among TOP 20. So 2 huge PG prospects from France, and I think Hayes (let's leave Doncic' phenomenon aside) is the best PG coming since Rubio. Aleksej Pakusevski is projected among TOP 25. Another international, Argentinian/Italian Leandro Bolmaro is projected pretty high.
I'm not sure when the last time Europe had three elite Euros in Avdija, Hayes, Maledon and even Pakusevski is really close to those coming into one draft and there's even scenario that all 4 might end up among TOP 20. That would be one of the biggest drafts for Europe ever.
France, BTW, is completely roaring with potential. Not only they will have 4 lottery pick in few years, and Hayes, Maledon have star potential, but they have plenty second round picks recently as well, and this year won't be exception as Malcolm Cazalon, Matthieu Gauzin, Abdoulaye N'Doye might be selected as well.
