Pfft. But did he win any PBA title though? Everyone knows your achievements outside the PBA is nothing when you haven't won anything in the PBA.

true. even if you win the world cup but have not won anything in the pba then it's nothing.

Their team might just be too bad for their NT players to get them over the mountain, or injuries. Just look at Phoenix and Golden State.

Once UAAP season resumes Ken will go back to the Philippines though. NZ NBL is only a 6 week league with a $120K salary cap. That only goes to the top players. So in short he’ll be getting same amount of money in his rookie year In the PBA lol

Hopefully after thirdy’s B.League season he could try his luck in NBA summer league naman. The better international exposure for these kids the better.

I would love a PBA-less National team. Especially now where most of our best players by 2023 are outside the PBA. Edu, Sotto, Panopio, GDL bros, Paras, Lopez, Tolentino, Thirdy, Kouame. The list goes on. Then the PBA really has to change or else no one will watch them anymore. They will continue to rot.

If Thirdy will be successful here. And tuffin in nbl. A lot of other college stars will follow

                      Pba downfall at its finest.

Ricci and Rhenz can easily play for b league too

A video that surfaced online the past few days shows a pink-haired Thirdy Ravena working tirelessly on his skills at a private gym in San Juan. Using a chair as an imaginary defender,

Wow. Toyota Alvark Tokyo is the most popular Japanese team. Thirdy gets an offer from them. It must be an honor for Thirdy to get offer from them.

Thirdy will need to be in Japan for the duration of the BLeague season, which runs around eight months.

See, Japan's B-League runs for only around 8 months (same as that of the NBA), which is of course an ideal duration for a professional basketball league season. And the B-league's calendar is designed so as the league will be in the off-season during the FIBA or international tournament season which is from mid-June to September.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV
