Why am not hearing news of asking some guys in mindanao, visayas, or say some players from St. Clare college to explain why they are not applying for the draft?
I guess, all draft eligible players in the philippines who will not apply to the draft SHOULD write a letter to the pba. Tingnan natin kung di sila mapwersa itapon yang shitty rule na yan.

I hope people now understand, why the NBA has a policy of automatic draft eligibility entry.
It's not against anyone's rights to be automatically enteredand made available, it is however against a person's rights to be forced to enter a playing contract

Pba should copy these from nba.

1. Automatically entered in draft ( set a minimum age, and also 1 year removed from hs (Kai is not automatic entered this year's nba draft because he just graduated shs this year). Pba team can draft them, but it is players decision to accept a contract.

2. Draft Lottery with ping pong balls. Not the dumb lottery made by chito salud.

3. Restricted and Unrestricted Free Agency.

The onus is on each team to make sure the players they draft have met all the documentation requirements, kung duda sila, then don't draft him. If they really like the player then sila (team) mag hokus pokus. As long as it passes eligibility commitee

Well if you believe Snow, people delaying entering the draft to enter their favored conglomerate is a real thing. Like Chua had issues daw with Banchero because he didnt delay his draft entry to enter the SMC corporation.
