  • New Zealand Basketball League To Start June 23

This is really nice to see.......It's all going to be done in one city (Auckland)

If the Euroleague isn't back by then it could be a place to get a basketball fix....

I followed it a couple years ago and it's pretty fast...Not much in terms of defense though.....

This can be the thread where we talk about it if anybody decides to follow it........

Well week one is in the books and it was pretty fun......

Fast pace as expected......Lowest pace is a team called the Franklin Bulls ...Their pace is at 82.8

To put that in perspective lets compare that to the fastest pace team in the Euroleague this year ...Panathinaikos at 73.5

Jets vs Nuggets at 1:30 am in my time zone.....6:30 CET

Jets average 40 three pointers per game, and the Nuggets average 36.5 three pointers per game......Pretty fun stuff,,,,Just 40 minute games like the Euroleague....If any of you guys get the chance i recommend checking it out....
