Default Maccabi asks Euroleague to host Baskonia in Belgrade, more Coronavirus concerns

As foreign nationals coming from Spain (among other countries) cannot enter Israel due to Coronavirus outbreak, Maccabi cannot host Baskonia in Israel. They asked the Euroleague to host the game in Belgrade, and are waiting for an official reply from the Euroleague.
Maccabi will probably have to host the next two home games, Zenit and Zalgiris, outside Israel as well. These two will be playing in France and Spain, respectively, a week before their games vs. Maccabi, and according to Israel's Ministry of health will have to be quarantined on entry to Israel for a further week.
Maccabi also has a problem with their last game, at Villeurbanne. If they play in France, they will have to be quarantined themselves for 14 days upon their return to Israel.

This situation may ruin the entire sports calender this year, not only the EL. The Olympics are at risk, too.
