Who sets these numbers and the winner? Is it the OP's personal opinion?

I can see the 5050 with Maccabi.
Valencia, like any Spanish group, is a highly professional and well run team that will always have a high baseline, even if they lack the stars of Real/Barca.
Maccabi on the other hand, huge lack of material but lots of spirit - but also had a weirdly long period of low intensity = lots of variables...

Do you reckon Maccabi comes back to EL rested and ready to squeeze more of that old lemon or the period of rest might have withered their momentum of "heroism"?

    Where there's Wilbekin, there's a way!

Hard to say. On one hand, Wilbekin will be back, and, according to last game with Rishon he haven't lost his touch. Acy didn't play in last game, but he still might be back too. Dorcy and Avdija look in good form though.
As for the spirit - Maccabi was a bit 'sleepy' in that game, I hope that they will wake up for Valencia.
          Yalla Maccabi!!!

          Save English, ban macabeo....

MTA still dangerous and good....Still decent quality depth despite the injuries.....

Hard to win in Valencia though....Game is a close call....

hate when they do that: burn a clutch to win a top team and then come all banged up to lose to an inferior team.
In this system, what you need is more W's than L's!
But I guess it's OK to build a winning spirit, after 6 years of being the EL joke

Efes will be without Micic and Larkin. Let's see how it will go.

brandon paul is injured(actually sick with fever at the hospital) and maybe wont make it until thursday). olympiakos is left with 9 available players(baldwin, koniaris, nikolaidis, milutnov, papan ikolaou, veznkov, rubit, printezis, elis) unless the transfer ban is lifted (it stands for 19 days so far) so that they can use mckissic and bykes. euroleague has a rule that says that "unless you have a 10 man roster" you cant play the game and the opposing team will get the V with 20-0.
                  Sasa Pukl for MVP

Llull, Taylor, Randolph and Reyes out va Fener. Rudy has some problema, he will travel and Laso will decide if he takes part on the game.

                        1) They have Pokusevski.
                        2) They have injured players like Taylor Rochestie or Spanoulis - any of them can just sit on the bench and don't play and that's all.
So, no problem with less than 10 players in roster at all.

Tavares is destroying Vesely in both sides.

Garuba gives us a lot in defense.
