This is a joke rule... I understand if a guy like Troy Rike, who applied in the draft but withdraw before the draft day.. this is a situation that i will agree to ban them.. but a guy not yet applied in the draft then that is a wrong move by the PBA.. Remember PBA is not only PRO league in the world.. a player has a choice where the want to play..

The ban on draft dodgers might open floodgates for our locals to try overseas beyond abl and tbsl.
