Speaking of DLSU, which will be Season 83 host, will the newly restored and now fully air-conditioned Rizal Memorial Coliseum be used again as venue for UAAP basketball games? Same thing with the refurbished Philsports (ULTRA) Arena in Pasig. Those two arenas are more accessible than Ynares Center in Antipolo. Perhaps the UAAP can test the viability of the Rizal Memorial Coliseum as next season's basketball venue by using it for UAAP Season 81 volleyball games by January or February 2020.

I was able to catch the women's gymnastics tournament at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum and the weightlifting event at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium. I doubt that both are capable of hosting UAAP men's basketball and big women's volleyball games (e.g. Ateneo-La Salle, Ateneo-UST, La Salle-UST) because they seem to be too small to accommodate a large crowd of supporters. In the case of Rizal, the wooden bleachers are still there. The two newly-renovated venues can be used for women's and juniors' basketball and for smaller women's volleyball games.

The newly renovated Philsports Arena (ULTRA), which is currently being used for SEA Games volleyball matches, is the more suitable PSC-owned venue that can be utilized as a venue men's basketball.
