I think kuoame would be a decent naturalized player.One thing that makes him stand out os his shotblocking and his mobility at 6'11/7".i really think for him to be considered as local is to be declared first by the Department of Justice (DOJ) as stateless by Administrative Order 058,be naturalized as quickly as possible(easier said than done), and be declared as marginalized case by fiba.In any which case,SBP will be needing a lot of support coming from the government.In the otherhand,the SBP needs to get Sage a passpor and do a better jon in recruiting 14 year old Fil-foreigners.

Is SBP even contemplating of applying Kuoame for Exemption with that in mind...

Agree, his shotblocking is impressive. But at the higher level, we can’t tell how good of a rim protector he is. Take note that Kai’s blocks dipped considerably now that he is playing against more athletic and more educated (guards who know how to use the angles) players. Edu meanwhile has proven he is an elite rim protector even in the NCAA stage.

Not that I’m against Kouame, we can never have enough of high caliber athletes. All I’m saying is we’re lucky to have a player like Edu who is proven even in the higher level. The sad part is, after him, the depth chart drops considerably as we have very little of quality pf/c types that we can consider elite rim protector. Japeth is ok, but he’s reliant on athleticism rather than timing. 3 years from now (2023), he might not be the same Jumping Japeth that we know.

well indonesia is a donut team any able coach would outplay the patriots its just a miracle on how they were able to be competitive with two imports playing, sa sea games tambak sila sa vietnam and thailand because grahita and prastawa cant defend and no legit big... pero toroman is coaching the right way and inserting in the "quality" players..
