How about Castro? He is in the top 5 or even top 10? I want him to win bpc and MVP this year.. this is his chance to win his elusive MVP crown.. he deserves it anyway..even parks is leading but sympathy will go to Castro because Kasi ang laki na ng na I contribute nya SA Philippine basketball.. pba man or gilas..

How did you compute it? The top 2 seeds TNT (#1) and Northport (#2) are guaranteed semis slots while the rest are only quarterfinals spots. Since TNT and Northport are assured of semifinal slot, it means that Castro, Tautua and Bolick have earned more statistical points. Am I correct?

No more outright semis for top2 teams.. only having twice to beat advantage over teams 7&8th seed

Wrong. No more outright semis this season. only twice to beat advantage on top 2 teams.

    Formula:
    Pts+Rebounds+Assist+Steals+Blocks-TO x total games played+(win gamesx10) divided by total games played=SPs.

I hope blackwater and Northport survive in the playoffs.. pba needs this team to advance further.. remember Powerade vs ROS.. these two teams have no fan base prior to that and after making waves then they captured mostly basketball loving fans who want fair treatment.. Powerade suppose to become a favorite teams among the fans but suddenly they leave and disappear.. while ROS continue and become consistent.. thus they been always in the semis for 9 consecutive conference and many finals appearance including 2 championships.. they captured fans and once become 3rd most popular team circa 2012-2016.. including beating SMB as the most popular team.. they are also that team who challenge San mig coffee (magnolia) in their GrandSlam year (2014).. nakakasawa na Kasi panay San Miguel, ginebra or magnolia always in the finals.. they need fresh blood and rising teams..

Best batch of imports in quite a while.

    4 nba veterans
    Jones
    Christmas
    Briskuno Chris
    Greg Smith.

Brownlee has gotten even better. Prosper is also great

The meralco bolts should change their coach now.. no more improvement after their finals stint.. and guys like Amer and newsome are certified chokers.. they should emulate the way tnt does.. hire also foreign coach.. I love seeing more teams will do European style of basketball here in the pba.. look at tnt now.. they are now making waves and doing some euro plus some Baldwin style of play (thanks to dickel, Baldwin's protégé).. yes they have Jones as impact player.. but he also embrace the system and he became more dangerous rather than scoring alone.. I like more teams to adopt more ball movement rather than iso and one on one plays only..

Nice to see Rayray Parks rediscovering his 3-pt. shooting touch which have deserted him for some years. But Rayray seem to have slowed down as he has gained some weight. I think he should shed about 20 to 25 pounds to regain his speed & athleticism.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV
