We all knew the reason Phils cant get any tuneups as sbp is prioritzing( in layman terms spending lot of dollars) inother issues that majority here in ibn already knew and its not the brawl last year as its long gone in the past and imo not really a big reason why teams doesnt want to olay tuneup with us,as come on there are more violent basketball brawls that happened in the past..

Last 2014 sbp spend quite a fortune to fast track the naturalization of andray blatche..

Nigerian team training and playing some games in the Bahamas. The listed dates overlap with their games against Canada, but the article says they are bringing A and B teams plus the University of Kaduna team (someone must be well-connected to get them a few weeks in the Bahamas!), so who knows who is actually playing:

The Nigerian team was scheduled to arrive in the Bahamas on July 20 and depart on August 3, but Horton said they convinced them to prolong their visit so that it can coincide with the Summer of Thunder to ensure that they can get in some quality competition.

“Texas Tech, Georgetown and Memphis State, who will be playing their games at Baha Mar, where they are putting down a floor for them to play,” Horton said. “The Nigerian teams will play all of their games at the Kendal Isaacs Gymnasium.”

While the tournament will kick off on August 3 with the Commonwealth Bank Giants taking on Temple University in the opener at 1pm, followed by IBA Elite versus Furman University at 3pm, the Nigerian teams will be in action from August 5-9.

The Nigerians will depart on August 10.

You forgot Prekevicius, Vasiliauskas,Kariniauskas you can't blame as for not trying, our coaches tried lots of guards to give Kalnietis time to rest.Eventually ending up with Kalnietis playing 35min on the floor as best option in 10s
