looks like manuel will get to the lineup because he was the one who hasnt suited up for gilas yet like ross although he can be available in feb.. as tim really vision him well against the koreans
To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..

I doubt the SBP will be sticking with Coach Tim for the Asian Cup qualifiers. He's only a temporary measure for the SEAG.

from the looks of it 60% that we will go to the status quo as sbp inability to lure the best amateur players for 2023 build up ..

if you ignore justin brownlee practice session and Kiefer inclusion...

Another practice session gone to waste , they could just have a video viewing or shoot around instead of cancelling it.

With how shitty the buildup of this SEAG team, i wont be surprised if this team will lose to Thailand... Have you seeb how Thailand waylaid Alab, Mono Vampire minus the 3 American Imports is actually the defacto National team. And with Lamb and Morgan eligible to play in SEAG, Thailand got one ace on their sleeves which is Gilas achilles heel, athletic shooters in the wing position. Both are around 6-5, we have only Marcio at 6-3 eho is not fully recivered from injury and maybe Dela Cruz who is not mobile enough to defend the two... So God help Us.... Pero ok na rin matalo para. Mapahiya ang PBA.

Too bad for the PBA it's a loss - loss situation for the league I wonder if they thought it through about representing Philippines because if they will loss a game it will be embarrassing but if the thrash the opposition it will be to no merit as it was just SEA games against Weak Teams...

C'mon coach Tim pull the team out now...

I’m guessing we’ll just pound it inside with our overwhelming size advantage in the frontlines. No one in SEA can really match up with Junemar, Japeth, Slaughter and Standhardinger.

Thailand and Indonesia will try toake it a track meet to offseat that... Its not that they can defeat RP is a run and gun battle also but its worth trying... The advantafe of Indons and Thai is familiarity as their ABL team us actually their defacto National team, majority of their NT playing for their ABL team...

Gilas is still the heavy favorites. Mono has Watkins , Singletary, Lish and Knowles. Thai team don't have them.

Kaya sana its true that Chooks to Go and buying the BWE team, another independent in the PBA with intention to win... With the reoationship between Sy and Mascarinas, pwede rin gamiting defacto Cadets team ni Mascarinas ang Blackwater sa ABL, for sure okey lang kay Siliman Sy, kahit sino sino players nila dyan, their primary intention is to advertise their Blackwater merchandise...

I will not be suprised if they will go with the 5 gin players for familiarity then add the 3 shooters in mw, rp, and ml , then add cr and 3 bigs jf , cs and tdr.

PBA wants the marketing reach of the Philippine team without contributing its players thereto...

Lish is Thai-American and should be eligible to play in the SEAG.

There's Brandon Jawato and Arki Wisnu. I heard PERBASI found some more but they're doing a good job of keeping them under the radar..

    BIGS:
    Fajardo
    CS
    Aguilar
    Manuel
    Rosario

    Wings:
    Lassiter
    Wright

    Guards:
    Pringle
    Pogoy
    Tenorio
    Ross
    Kiefer

Good size for SEA Games already except for our possible designated wings. Rosario may be used at 3 but Lassiter will be more dependable defender to the half-Americans of the opposing teams.
