Bolick and parks have reliable scoring abilities/style for fiba games, and good size for decent defense. A Slaughter without a serious foot injury will also be productive on defense. I dont know how guiao will form a very good team though considering the available time.

Winning a game at senior level will be 2 to 3 times harder than for the u19. Guiao cant afford bad player choices that a u16 coach can be forgiven for.

Mac Belo could play wing (I think). Great 3 point shot and decent defense. Don’t know about his ball handling though

SF 65 190lbs Gabe- Lockdown defender

    PF 610 215lbs Edu(F)- Shotblocker; can be 3 n D or 4 n D
69 215lbs Jap- shotblocker and with 5 fouls
    C 611 245lbs Dray(F/C)- Heart and Soul
610 265lbs JMF- Post up and Rebound

it doesnt really makes much sense anymore, if you go to spain for tune-ups and only bring your bench guys. LOL

EDIT : some teams(if we face national teams) may even find that disrespectful and may not want to play us again in tune-ups in the future.

Same guess here, except that I don't expect Belo to be among the additions to the pool. Belo may be finding his groove lately but he hasn't been the same since the ACL injury. Also, Belo isn't really a natural small forward. Well, he can play the 3 spot but he really isn't a natural 3 guy. He is more of a stretch-4 to me. An undersized stretch-4 in international basketball.
"A king may move a man, a father may claim a son, but that man can also move himself, and only then does that man truly begin his own game. Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

Same thoughts. Seen his games lately and it’s evident he can’t keep up with international forwards, be it a 3 or a 4. He is the epitome of a tweener in the international game. If this is just for Asian level, he’s a viable option. I would rather have a raw but serviceable 6’ 4” sharpshooting 3nD wing in Tuffin.
Never look too far ahead. You might stumble on a block right in front of you.

Love the Bolick shout outs, very smart player can quickly adapt to any situation, quite athletic too. He might be our best PG in the years to come

We Filipinos love offensive minded guards, but criticize our play as too individualistic.. medyo ironic in a sense..
