Jordan losing its 2 remaining games (vs. China & New Zealand) is the more possible scenario.

Japan losing its 2 remaining games (vs. Iran & Qatar) is a bit improbable. Japan beating Qatar is around 95% of a probability.

But of course these are just wishes lang naman.

But speaking of possible scenarios, its the Japan-Iran game which I believe would be crucial as far as Gilas chances of qualifying as its going to be around 50-50 for Japan & Iran. Of course we want Iran to win so that if we hurdle Qatar & dangerous Kazakhstan in the 6th window, we will be tied with Japan at 7-5 & since we beat Japan twice in the 1st round, we will be ahead of Japan in the overall standings. Gilas would be 3rd & Japan 4th in Group F.

My question now is that, what if Gilas beats Qatar but would bow to Kazakhstan in the 6th window, does Gilas still has a chance to make it to the 2019 FIBA World Cup?

I think it still does have a chance & that is if Jordan loses its games vs. China & New Zealand. With such scenario Gilas ends up with a 6-6 win-loss & would be the 4th team in Group F. Jordan on the other hand ends up with a 5-7 win-loss card & would end up 4th (excluding host China which gets automatic qualification) in Group E. Since 7 teams excluding host China get to qualify in the World Cup, I think Gilas will get that 7th slot over Jordan since Gilas has the better record.

But of course as people always say, we must not put our fate on other teams' hands. We are the ones who should decide our fate. We must win both our games vs. Qatar & Kazakhstan at all cost.

Remember that howsoever you are played or by whom, your soul is in your keeping alone, even though those who presume to play you be kings or men of power, when you stand before God, you cannot say, 'But I was told by others to do thus,' or that virtue was not convenient at the time. This will not suffice." - King Baldwin IV

No height limit for PBA imports and Clarkson will be finally declared as local player.

Better grassroots program in the form of the PBA regaining it's integrity (if there was):

    -Remove all saling pusa teams
-2 imports with unlimited heights per team(two 7 foot long range bombers if they wish)
-Better officiating (FIBA rules implemented - Arwind Santos getting technical for doing his spiderman dunk *facepalm*)
-Foreign coaches are allowed to coach

College and high school coaches use an unwritten rule on. minimum height for % of their roster, for high school at least 6 foot for 66 % of roster and for college 6 3
