The system is quite sensible, once guys like Thirdy and Dwight Romos become available for Gilas, Mike can rejoin his PBA club team full time. Mike is like a interim body practice player.
If from 2020 to 2022, 5 players enter the PBA special draft, then you basically have 15 players reserved for Gilas, some players can be released when the better players become available

Thats what I meant. I like it and most of these guys chosen will probably be valuable practice players.

Find it odd that Go is just 6'6", considering he looks close in height to Ange in the video below

    https://youtu.be/BrByaWIV2Xs

Then again, maybe Ange is actually not a near-seven footer

Even in the nba the real heights are getting exposed. Dwight Howard is only 6'9, Klay and Draymond are 6'5 etc. They just look taller with shoes

Well its looks like the 5 players in the Special draft plus supposedly the Cadets Pool for SEA Games, namely Kai, Baltazar, Kobe, Dave, Thirdy, Rivero, JDL and Go...

    6’6 and 1’4 means you’re basically 6’8 with shoes.

Yes they will, regular PBA contracts, the club team will simply subcontract out to Gilas the players when they need them.. and essentially Gilas will pay for their share of agreed use of the players..

I guess when available sila Kai, Dalph and graduating high school players- Tamayo ?

In order for Koaume to be naturalized, you'll need to convince SBP first about his upside. Right now, I think their mindset is "naturalize a finished product," and Ange is far from that at the moment, as good as he is.
