in the first game there were 9 ateneo players at the start of the game including kouame but without tab. nieto brothers came in the 4h quarter. Ateneo lost that game.

in the game today they started with just 5 players without kouame but this time coach Tab was present. and theyre leading for the whole game. Coach Tabs presence is really big.

Go is still a stretch 5 rather than a 4... ANd his development is not because of the imports, its because of Coaching, Tab Baldwin, remember GO and Ikeh were teammate since 2015 , nowhere was Go allowed by BO Perasol to shoot from 3..

tab and foreign player help Go’s game. everyday practice and at times playing together help Go’s game.

Kind of silly. some people encouraging kai to go to spain to have a better competition without thinking that kai will also be the import in spain.. don’t tell me the difference between the two countries.. they’re reasons why all countries get imports to elevate locals game.. remember aj edu is also an import in US NCAA..

This only reinforces my point. Many college coaches treat foreign players like they would treat imports in the PBA -- give them the ball and get the hell out of the way. Coach Tab thinks differently. He knows that the way to develop his big men's game is to not to make the foreign player the focus of the offense, but to give everyone the green light to shoot, including Go. And it has paid dividends for both Go and Ateneo. If Ateneo didn't have a player of Ikeh or Kouame's size, Go will be focusing more on just post moves instead of taking outside jumpers. That is how you do big man development.
    Keep running, big boy.

And mind you, with tab's guidance, go becomes a good cutter.

Kai Sotto, even if trained under Tab, won't reach NBA levels if he trains locally. However, he will probably still be a huge upgrade over Slaughter/Fajardo by the time he's done with college.
