    Kobe's "highlights".
Can't say anything about his game as i have not seen it.
    They call me THE HERO.

I think this is close to Kobe's ideal playing weight, not the buff version in Creighton. He sure looks more explosive. The talent is undeniable, if only....

    Another highlights:

According to the video, 1GDL has back spasms and Rivero has ankle sprain.

LOL. Here I am reading this just seconds after seeing a video of 1GDL having a shoot around at the CHK gym. Either way, better safe than sorry have and have them both fit come start of the season.

*Edited. Ricci's latest insta post is him just arrived in Taiwan.

    Fun times for the UAAP.

Rooting for UP and JGDL. Hoping more teams can give Ateneo a run for its money. Not a knack against Ateneo but a wish for a highly competitive league.

NCAA meanwhile takes a giant leap of its own. Backwards.

SMH. I hope that powers that be come to their senses. This import ban should be lifted, the earlier, the better.

Maybe its time for a certain Mendiola school to finally jump ship into the UAAP

To make it an even-number league, another university should join the UAAP. It will increase the chances of SBU's entry into the league.

Peep of things to come. UST was able to defeat a Kouame less Ateneo squad. Notable is nonoy making mincemeat of every kind of guards he encountered. Even Wong and Mamuyac looked slow everytime nonoy pushes the nitro button. Lol Abando looked legit. Is UST a contender? Not without Cansino, I don't think so. But they'd be fun to watch.

I think this would be UP's starting 5.

    Bright
    Javi
    Paras
    Rivero
    Juan

Looks good on paper. We'll see. Who starts for Ateneo now?

Atavism has struck the ncaa. Im seeing "bigs" as small as those in the 1960s/70s. This ncaa retro fashion is intriguing. Perhaps the coaches can wear banlon shirts or kanebo long sleeves, and be shod in chuck taylor rubbers.

UP's bench players are not good. They better play much better offense and defense, or they will have a disappointing season again.

But its first five should be the most entertaining -- like a 3x3 gang in a 5x5 game. The UP first five will do well in an asian 3x3: with 5x5 im not sure. Teams that crashed last year like ust and adamson play much better 5x5 sets.

It's the only way their puny midget centers could survive. If the only way Letran and co think they could win again.
