Default Most competitive Filipino/Asian Tournaments in North America?

Hi guys, I'm in the process of assembling a travelling team(Men's Open) and was wondering which are the most competitive Filipino/Asian Tournaments in North America?

    I'm only familiar with:

NABA (North American Basketball Association) - 28 cities represented from USA, Canada & England - Established 1986

    https://montrealmarquis.com/naba-2018

FBA (Filipino Basketball Association of North America) - 11 cities represented from the USA & Canada - Established 2008?

FBIT (Filipino Basketball Invitational Tournament) - unsure how many cities - Est. 2018

Your help is greatly appreciated. We really need to get things set asap so we can immediately figure out logistics, fundraising etc.

I noticed you're based in Canada? FYI for the NBTC (high school U18) a team from Toronto (Crossover ) has always been fielded for next month another Canadian team but now from Vancouver is entering,, where are you from? are you aware of the organizers of the Vancouver team?

Yes I'm based in Canada. Winnipeg, Canada. I'm not aware who the representatives from Vancouver are. I did think about an NBTC team but there are a few factors that make it challenging. The easiest was to field an 18yrs of age and over Men's Open team.

I'm a lil' surprised that there hasn't been any replies about the best Filipino tournament in North America but I did more digging and it seems like PIBNA (Philippine Inter-City Basketball of North America) is a big one too and possibly the oldest.
