Thats the risk you take if you play thru ankle injuries. Compensating due to pain + Taping it or using ankle brace will put all the pressure on your knees.
Lets hope its just a sprain. Non-contact knee injuries are usually acl. CJ didn't mention hearing a popping sound so thats a good signComment

Hopefully he recovers fully. This is a great challenge for CJ as he is heavily reliant on his athletic ability. With this injury, he will have to reinvent his game to reflect the diminished athleticism - more outside shooting and less slashing.
