Most 6'7 will be like Tamayo, the disadvantages is slow to close out and slow to guard SF and PF. Can be outmuscle by PF of opponents.
Of course our Filipino boys body develop late due to DNA unlike other countries
The reason why these kids cant have a long prep time is because they have skeds like the pros. Too many tournaments, there is little time for development. Sbp should limit such unnecessary tournaments. Calendar the sbp sanctioned tournaments in a way that is enough time to prepare for fiba tournaments. The kids keep playing, but development is lagging

Again lack of long preparation time is the reason for our demise. Similar thing will hunt our Senior teams.
Look at his stats on the games that matter..

I mean isn't that glaringly obvious.

When will SBP, the coaching staff realize that we should not rely on the guards on scoring they should be first and foremost facilitating the other to score. 10 years later our basketball philosophy hasn't changed much so what the hell is the point? Tumangkad nga tayo sa gwardiya parin nakatuon yung scoring. This is also the case for our senior national team too, I honestly no hope for this country to be competitive in this kind of competition.
We saw how the European play, tumatakbo ang players nila.

We really have problem on our point guards they are too small, too slow and not athletic...we need a point guard at least 6'2 and above and if they are below 6feet tall they should athletic who can jump high,a good shooter,a good passer and has a good basketball IQ

The type of player you described reminds me of Thomas Heurtel, a 6'2 point guard from France who plays for Barça Lassa:
GILAS WISHLIST:
6'8 Pingris

We should accept already that we are shorter than average. The problem is we still rely on one on one "pasikat" na laro, very individualistic. I really envy how europeans play their basketball, the ball movement, constant player movement, the way they always look for open team mates and less isolation. The Koreans has already adopted that kind of basketball they're not that tall either, so why can't we?
European style is design to kill the traditional american brand of basketball, unfortunately Kahit sabihin nating ang sistema ng pinoy basketball ngayon ay hindi n.a. ka tulad noong 80's and 90's dahil matatangkad n.a. ang mga players at halos lahat ay tumitira n.a. sa 3 point area, majority pa din ng sistema natin ay traditional american basketball
