The website says two imports per team, but the Japanese teams have 3-4 Americans each in their submitted rosters. Mobis Phoebus has 3 since Ricardo Ratliffe is disguised as a local named Ra Gun-ah, not to mention the Stevenson brothers = Moon brothers. Four Taiwanese players are among the 4 CBA teams, namely Lin Chih-chieh (Zhejiang), Liu Cheng (Zhejiang), Chen Ying-chun (Guangzhou) and Chou Yi-hsiang (Xinjiang).Last edited by sinobball; 09-15-2018, 09:50 AM.aim low, score high

Ryukyu Golden Kings won the title over Guangzhou Long Lions, 85-76
Guangzhou has arguably the biggest name in the tournament: Marreese Speights, but he was probably the worst player in the final, shooting 0-8 from 3 and 2-15 overall.
Ryukyu's Ryuichi Kishimoto was outstanding in this game, shot 6/9 from deep to score 21. He was named the MVP.aim low, score high

Even though you can't read too much into these preseason games, B.League had the best showing. Though CBA disappointed, I think KBL looked the worst. Look:
Mobis played Ricardo Ratliffe 42 minutes, Shannon Shorter 45 minutes in OT loss vs. Guangzhou
Samsung played Glenn Cosey 40 minutes, Ben Mbala 40 minutes in loss vs. Guangzhou
What kind of team plays their players without rest in a preseason tournament? Even in overtime! Just because they are black?
I've always believed that B.League was a level lower than KBL, because KBL only has 10 teams while B.League has 18, but these results showed otherwise.aim low, score high
