I've been following this kid on youtube from time to time. I like his game, very similar to a prime DRose. His 3pters have improved based on his previous videos.

we have too many guards for these iteration (2019). what we need is a couple of bigs standing atleast 6'6" or 6'7" or more. they are the ones that should replace kai, geo, and raven. maybe scout from overseas and basketball hotbeds here like pampanga, cdo, cebu, davao and metro manila ofcourse. having 2 or more players of that height in the team will do.

Everytime I checked Benjie Navarro Facebook there's always a new kid he discovered and they are getting younger at taller...his new discovery is a 13 years old 6'4 kid from Pampanga (Catugba last name)...the first time I checked his facebook I saw a 6'4 Ervin Flores and then 6'6 and 6'5 Gozum and Bonifacio, then 6'7 16 yrs old Vitale, then Castro and Yusi both 6ft 13 & 12 yrs old and then Maguerra Demetria both 14 years old and majority of this players are going MAPUA jrs.

Some Filipino scientist should do research in Pampanga because that place is turning out huge kids.

I think it is the culinary culture of the kapampangans that made them big. Kids are eating all the time. Their growth is not stunted.

batang gilas coaching staff should hire Benjie Navarro as their scout. mapua red robins should be lucky mostly of his recruits are commited to them. mostly former PRO players from pampanga with the likes of Long David, Norman Gonzales and etc. handed their kids to Navarro instead of Delta’s stable (PINEDA).

I heard when the Americans left, they dumped their toxic wastes in the underground wells and river system. That could be the cause of the mutation lol

A pair of 6'5 prospects. One is sure to be eligible. Not sure about the other. Looks like this batch has a lot of wing prospects. We might have to play positionless.

On second thought, coach Oliver can probably give them a look to see if they can add depth to our wing spot at the u17 WC this year.

That's what I was thinking of, like Godzilla=) Also maybe Pinatubo eruption? I don't recall but, when Mt. Pinatubo erupted, we could've received a lot of foreign aid (milk, supplements, medicine) that was distributed to all the moms and babies. I know it was long ago, but it could've jumpstarted the "growth."
