This actually makes sense. Use him as a naturalized player now then ask for exemption later.

I believe James Spencer also failed to secure his passport before turning 16. i’m Not sure though on what basis he became eligible for the u19 tournament.

that's a risky approach.. though spencer already enrolled with UP and live in RP..

Then just reinforce it with a couple more of the DELTA boys and fil-foriegners.

Intent is great but giannis is incredible because he is able to use his length and athleticism to get to the ring. However, if you shorten him to 6'6, he wont be as dominant. Still an nba player if lopez is a shorter version of giannis but maybe better sticking to lebron? Either is fine as long as he grows his game to the max

A kobe demisana and lebron lopez should be decent knockoffs. Play them with jabbar sotto and moses edu, and all you need is a bigger local iverson to compete well against top ten fiba teams.

One of my proposals to help Gilas to revise FilAm rules in the PBA and even the UAAP/NCAA if we are being brutal to reflect FIBA eligibility. Long term it will help Gilas.
