Cedevita Zagreb 6'10" PF Karlo Matkovic has decided to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina over Croatia and made his debut for the U18 national team at the currently underway 6th April tournament in Sarajevo. Matkovic could give the Bosnians a big boost in their already quite strong frontcourt rotation with Kamenjas and Alija Islamovic.

Bosnia & Herzegovina's best prospect SF Biberovic didn't show up for training camp feeding speculation about the possibility of switching national team in the years to come.

PG Soldo was diagnosed with mononucleosis and will be sidelined for an undetermined amount of time.

Sinisa Kovacevic (director for men's selections at the Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina,) announced today at a press conference that Tarik Biberovic and his family were granted Turkish citizenship.

Despite that fact that the Basketball Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not give its approval, Tarik should be available to play for Turkey as a naturalized player after reaching his 21st birthday, whereas his talented younger brother Faruk (2005) will be considered as a local turkish player by the FIBA.

Kamenjaš(00', Spars Sarajevo) and Matković(01', Cedevita Zagreb) are best players in BiH team. Both of them are 6'9'' PF/C.
Due to his elegance and imagination, Mirza Delibasic was one of the continent's greatest ever players.
