  • Remy Martin: Russell Westbrook of the Philippines

6'0" Filipino-American Remy Martin has got the talent, skills, and the swag to be the Russell Westbrook of the Philippines. Certainly, he is a future Gilas Pilipinas PG.

The Philippines is our nation. Basketball is our religion.

In the interview he's says his family is from the Philippines, and that "they're still in the Philippines" cheering for him. So does that mean he was born here?

The poor administration and incompetence of SBP is really showing.
The list is getting longer and longer.
                    And still nothing really happens..

                    Quentin Millora-Brown - 6-10 forward..
                    Kamaka Hepa - 6'9 guard-forward
Christian David - 6'7 shooting guard
Sedrick Barefield - 6'2 point guard
Remy Martin - 6'0 point guard

All very skilled and some are ranked in their respected classes in USA!

Are Dwight Ramos and Jeron Artest eligible?
this could have been the golden era batch before sotto's. or sotto's batch are their junior replacements.

Quentin Millora-Brown: Third-generation Fil-Am, grandparents migrated in the 1960s, SBP sent Cong. Puno to try to convince the parents, lack of initiative on the part of parents
Kamaka Hepa: Third-generation Fil-Am, more Hawaiian blood than Pinoy, no PH consulate in Alaska, might be open to play as naturalized

Sedrick Barefield: Born in US, ineligible from the start
Remy Martin: Got his passport before turning 16, eligible
