              in the current sircumstances liberalisation is the way, so no simmilar changes should be expected, imho..
              btw, nationality is too much to ask, obiviously. you must be confusing it with citizenship, which equals to the state's passport. so citizenship is, obviously, enough. the other thing though is the citizenship policy of a particullar country (which can be and is very different from state to state).. and that's the business of that country alone. I even doubt Russian laws are that liberal regarding this, it could simply be that Holden's example is distorted, he was granted his citizenship illegaly (just a specullation). Russia is full of double standards..
