    Wink

Coach Eric Spoelstra should give a chance to try out for the heat.

Really happy that Bobby ray got a workout. Maybe the coaches were saying that he is still too raw for the NBA to be drafted. Goodjob skipping a year and apply next year. If I was him, Id work my butt of till January and join a competitive league with the NBDL or in Europe just to gain more experience and exposure.

If he didnt declare for the draft, how come he is still working out with the team. Also with the draft this friday, how come his workouts are only now?

I think if he is in the draft now. LA is looking at him for a spot on there summer league once he is undrafted.

he's only 21 , youth and time is on his side, his stint at NU might have delayed/stagnated his development but the potential is still there....i do hope he gets in the NBDL then eventually the NBA

Me thinks he'll apply for nbdl draft. A season with whoever team drafted him will do wonders for him that'll make him ready for nba draft next year

Just wondering lang mga pare, why would teams want Ray Parks instead fellow PGs like Jahii or Jabari Brown that also went undrafted sa this year's draft. May Myck Cabongo pa, na undrafted PG sa last draft.

No they don't, that's why they advised Rayray to skip this draft and try to improve himself for another year. It doesn't mean that if you got an invite to a work-out they will draft you. Sometimes you can get a work-out through connections and agents. What Pakrs did is he tried to evaluate himself by going thru that workouts and hear directly from the team. He also got a feel of what an NBA work-out is so he will be prepared next time around.

Did he really skipped the draft, or just went undrafted? As much as I would like to see Pinoys in the NBA, let's be realistic here naman. How could he skip the draft na couple of days before the draft, eh nakapag workout sya sa Lakers. Have you even seen those undrafted PGs that I've mentioned?

His game resembles Cuttino Mobley. He uses straight line drives with his left-hand dribble to attack the basket. There are a few instances where he shows explosion to the hoop.

He declared for the draft and remained one of many undrafted Laker players. The Lakers are building up their Vegas Pro League team with DeAndre Kane and LaQuinton Ross outside of the two Laker Draft picks.

Maybe, he’ll get another shot on the Vegas Pro League roster as well.

As of now I don't think he will join the PBA Draft anytime soon. I think Ray-ray still has an open invitation from the Lakers to play for their summer league squad next year.

From the moderator of NetsDaily.com where I'm a regular:

    "for all you Filipino fans

Bobby Ray Parks, Jr., top college player in Philippines, is coming in.

Formerly played in Memphis high schools with Adonis Thomas"

Good luck, Ray Ray! It would be amazing to see a Pinoy on the Nets!
