Belgium narrowly edged Serbia in a mediocre but tense final (just watched the last quarter), in a match that could have finished with either teams winning. Belgium suffered Serbian team comeback and seemed to be in confusion with several turnovers, but scored 3 on 4 FT in the final minute and saved the victory. Despite the presence of some U19 WC players, disappointing placements of Russia, Italy and Spain.
Billie Massey (BEL) named tournament's MVP.

Historic promotion of Ireland to Div. A, despite clearly losing the final to Germany led by MVP Nyara Sabally.

Update: Interestingly, Germany won both U20 & U18 Div. B titles with Satou and Nyara Sabally sisters winning MVP honors.
